Delivery

We process orders as soon as possible. A displayed delivery date is an estimate unless we expressly agree on a deadline. Without an agreed deadline, we deliver within 30 days after the contract is concluded. If delivery fails, contact info@amorati.be; your statutory rights for non-delivery remain in force. We bear the risk of loss or damage until you or a person you designate physically receives the goods, unless you independently choose a carrier that we did not offer.

Check your parcel on receipt and report damage or missing items to info@amorati.be as soon as possible, including your order number. Prompt reporting helps us investigate and does not limit your statutory guarantee or other consumer rights.
