Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can generally withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. Before that period ends, send a clear statement to info@amorati.be with your name and order number. No particular form is required. Send the goods back within 14 days after your withdrawal notice to Amorati BV, Oude Jetseweg 1, 1731 Asse, Belgium. Pack them carefully; original packaging is not a condition of withdrawal.

You pay the direct return cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal. We refund the payment received, including the least expensive standard delivery charge for a full withdrawal, within 14 days of your notice using the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of their return. You may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to assess the product.

Hygiene exception

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal was broken after delivery. Opening an outer shipping box alone is not grounds to reject a return. Other statutory exceptions continue to apply.

Damaged or non-conforming goods

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a description; photos help but are not required. Your two-year statutory guarantee from delivery remains in force. Report a defect within two months of discovering it. Depending on the legal conditions, we provide repair or replacement free of charge, or a price reduction or refund. We cover necessary return costs for a justified defect claim.
